Model! Share personal anecdotes from your own life. Share with students what you are currently learning weather personally or career based (think coaching/data teams). Share wiTh your students what’s difficult for you, how you’re trying to overcome it; share your progress and growth; model your mistakes and pose an area of your own growth and have them provide their own ideas and strategies to help YOU. In short, being your students along your own learning journey to show them what it can and will look like throughout their lives. Show them how to enjoy the growth and learn from the mistakes
